King Buffalo Philadelphia Concert reviews
A concert that will never be forgotten!
Thankfully, this was the greatest live performance I have ever witnessed by King Buffalo, the most raw and true sounding band over the past decade. A heavy mix of the soul of blues with classic rock energy are Dan Auerbach's truly legendary vocals. Patrick Carney played the drums with such incredible intensity that never slowed for the full two hours, reminding me of what Keith Moon might have been like live. His guitar playing is in a field that is unmatched by any contemporary artist and can only be compared to other legendary guitarists like Duane Allman and Jimmy Page. I have been waiting to see King Buffalo perform live for about 6 years, and thankfully it was by my favorite band. In a time that was caught up in polishing every sound, it was a concert of a lifetime and will never be forgotten. Thanks for an amazing show!
